In this question I need a report on a public management issue. However, regardless your choice, the professor must approve the
topic for week 8 final paper. This week’s question needs a shorter paper.
Paper will be in the format of a REPORT and will NOT be an advocacy paper.
The paper should be at least 1 pages [the total does not include Cover Page,
Abstract, and Reference Page(s)] in the length. The paper needs to include
at least six scholarly or peer-reviewed sources. References are listed at
the end of the paper and SHOULD follow the APA Style Manual.
Here are a few ideas to help you get started. These are examples only and
are very broad. If you select one, narrow it and be more specific as needed:

Explain how Congress affects today’s Public Manager
Compare and contrast at least two leading approaches to managing public
organizations.
Assess the part diversity, or lack thereof, plays in public administration.

Select this public issue and develop a solution that takes into account
multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.

Describe the importance of information systems for public managers and the
characteristics of useful information. (Do not recycle your work.)
Explain how to initiate a cultural change in your organization.

Proofread carefully. Remember to use formal English. This means you need to
AVOID first person (I, me, my, we, our, ours) and second person (you,
yours). Use third person (he, she, it, they, their, them) instead. AVOID
colloquial language (for example, use children instead of kids) and AVOID
phrases such as “spot on” and stilted language (for example, use among
instead of amongst and learned instead of learnt).

Write clearly.

Use your in-text citations.
