    Review the Patient Satisfaction Survey or Worksheet
    Answer on the Worksheet the prompts provided based on the Patient Satisfaction Survey Data in the chart. For example, the first question asks you to list a strength of the hospital. The goal of “overall satisfaction with the hospital” was exceeded. Therefore, this was a strength. The second part of the question asks you to list strategies the staff can do to maintain this strength (i.e., training and education are a few examples).
