I have worked to develop my resilience as I wasn’t always so strong, maybe strong minded and stubborn, but I have found ways to cope better and each adversity and last year and this year have been challenging like no other, and yes I feel the stress, but always think about getting through a tough situation by thinking it has to get better and I am going to not just get my head above water, but swim to the shore. I have also learned the hard way about self-care. I tended to take care of others before myself.
