Week 9 Discussion – Collaboration Killers

Chapter 11 in the textbook is all about situations where collaboration isn’t so easy.

• Which one of these scenarios have you witnessed in your professional or personal life, either in yourself or in someone else?
• What advice would you give to someone dealing with this situation? How might they reduce the impact of the “collaboration killer” on productivity?

I need something like this, but dealing with education “teaching” PLEASE

Clearly defining roles and responsibilities ensures that everyone understands their contributions and can work more efficiently. Encouraging a growth mindset and being open to new ideas can help overcome resistance to change.
