The Assignment: How to assign a Regimen (Regimen Rules):

1.Any drug given within 10 days from the first drug will be grouped into a regimen.

Example: If Drug A (first drug), Drug B and Drug C and B are given within 10 days from Drug A, assign them all as “Regimen “ABC”.

2.If a new drug (drug that is not part of the last regimen) is given more than 10 days after the first drug in the last regimen, a second regimen is assigned.
