That is the most appropriate and easy way of explaining it, I would like to explain the evolution of Unified communications idea which is initially started in the mid-’90s with the word ‘UC’ which is the time when messaging and real-time conversions are working together for the same purpose. Later over the years depends on the business platform many communications have been started such as VOIP which voice-based telephonic calls for service-based and customer center-based support. The outlook from Microsoft introduced as official organization-level conversions, conference meetings concept introduced globally to diversify the work culture and access in an easy way to work on multi-region projects. Nowadays most of the organizations are using all these forms of communication as it needs and gives work life and personal access to messaging in a balanced way which helps employees in collaborating in messaging and contacting each other. UC is a framework that integrates all the methods of communications with necessary digitalization tools and techniques with require APIs, for a more technical way of understanding which is how really works please watch the below video.
I have gone through various videos and to know extra information and facts of unified communication as most of us already know about it as we use it in our daily work life at least in corporate culture. Here are some of the videos which can help one to understand it in the best possible way.
I would like to include my opinion as well here we use to Microsoft Teams, SKYPE for Business, Outlook, Slack, Cisco jabber for messaging, VOIP and video conference call. I can say there are a couple of data vulnerabilities and API exploitations if it’s not monitored actively. Which needs proper security team or configuration to control all telecommunications systems. As the future is changing many UI systems are giving different changes and ways of doing things easily example Microsoft teams have so many options now as days which makes work culture in messaging very friendly that makes organizations and teams collaborate with each other to complete the projects in the right time.
