PART 2

In a 6- to 8-PowerPoint slide presentation, complete with speaker’s notes, continue with the work that contributes to your finished presentation for the Board of Directors. You have to convince the board that the facility you are in charge of is giving quality care to patients.

In these PowerPoints you will discuss how you, as the hospital administrator, are making sure quality care is being given to patients in your facility. Discuss the key players that will be helping you in this quest. In addition, you are to identify how you as the hospital administrator will monitor quality using both quantitative and qualitative methods. In your explanation, provide information on how you plan to distribute data/information to the organization.

At this point, your PowerPoint should be at least 18-24 slides, not including title or reference slides. You should have 6-8 references as well.
