Describe experience or interest in program evaluation

As an IT system engineer,coordination is a vital part of expediting a project which includedprogram evaluation and project evaluation. Timing evolves effectivelyfor input and the output of data. My 30-year experiences have been inIT, assessments, implementation, and planning, which holds an intricatepart of the scheme of operation. I have undergone an application in theIT field that expanded from other institutions that I have seenimplemented, such as the hotel industry that changed from a manualsystem to a computerized system.

Each process called for planning,coordination, and data gathering conceptualizing services rendered toproduce practical and useful efficacy of an organization. Note hardwareand software follow that implementation. Before a project goes intoeffect, data accumulated to analyze how the information gathered toutilize. However, the process includes primary actors that come togetherto create a plan or model for implementation for a service. Data servedifferent purposes that included performance indicators, summativeevaluation, and research studies.

The change in technology causesimprovement in constant consideration of the new technology, competent,political, maternal issues, and market demands. Evaluations do provideinsight that analyzes those processes, which is a valuable source ofinformation. Planning, assessment, and implementation are a whole; theywork best all together.

The ADVANCE IT logic Model developedfor the evaluation of the Institutional Transformation component of theADVANCE program (Berkowitz et al. 2009). The expectation forbroader-based effect in many ways complex because of this the ADVANCE ITmodel impacts or systemic changes occur in a field of endeavor. ProjectManagement does require knowledge, skills, methods, experience, tools,and techniques of project activities to meet objectives.

The National Science Foundation’ s(NSF) guidelines for educational projects, directs the need to learnmore about the value of evaluation, how to design and carry outassessment rather than those with substantial experience in the field.Data collection activities provide information on accountability for theNational Science Foundation that funded projects both private andpublic sector, along with other funding advocates, managers,administrative electives, and grassroots stakeholders for education:Science Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM). The Bill &Melinda Gates emphasized long-term solutions. Evaluation systematicallyassesses ongoing intervention, policy, project, program, or partnership.Questions answered on how or what actions work best to achieveoutcomes.

The example of the 2010 Handbook forProject Evaluation clearly expresses two types of evaluation- formativeand summative. An evaluation claim “when a cook tastes the soup, it isformative, but when quest eats the soup it summative. Developmentalprovides information for the project, and summative provides anassessment of the quality and impact of the implementation: timing andaccountability, a challenge for any project readiness important.
