The instructor note about the presentations:

Because none of the project teams were permitted to visit their clients as of mid March, you will not be able to present on many client interactions. Instead, I am asking that you focus more heavily on presenting background information that is relevant to the client and their mission. You should do more research about the context of your organization and the event/activities that you would have attended, and then include a summary of what you learn near the beginning of your presentation. For example, describe the organization and its industry in more detail, including its purpose, services, challenges, competition (if any), employees/volunteers, and how it is funded.

The rest of the presentation will focus on your use of the team tools, especially what you did before COVID-19 changed the project expectations and limited the feasible activities you could participate in. You should describe in detail your thought and work processes in drafting the tools and then finalizing them. Any insights you have into why you chose to include specific elements or why you chose to exclude others will increase the depth and quality of your presentation.
