Answer in a paragraph
2. A health-care provider should be able to refuse to perform a medical procedure if he or she feels that it is unethical since it is immoral and unfair. For instance, two people are waiting for a kidney transplant, but there is only one kidney available. The richer patient offers to pay more for the kidney in order to get the operation. In this case a healthcare provider should refuse the operation since it is illegal and unfair to the other poorer patient.
