• What new advances in curriculum evolution should be considered, including computer-based training, simulation training, virtual training and the use of the Internet?
• What instructional strategies should be considered? Will the strategies differ between aircrew and maintenance training?
• Differentiate between initial and recurrent training requirements, as well as differences between aircrew and maintenance personnel.
• What teaching methods would be the most effective for this type of training requirement?
• How much of the required training could be put into a self-directed format?
• Identify how the curriculum will be managed (i.e., supplying, maintaining, producing, constructing, and providing the essential support required in a successful training program.
• Identify how the training curriculum will be delivered (i.e., instructors, computers, internet, job aids, etc.).
• Identify who will be responsible for providing the instruction and what their roles are in the training function.
